Chuck Ricci

Chuck Ricci serves as Senior Vice President of Account Services at SAFCO, where he leads the company’s collections operations and strategy, shaping SAFCO’s ability to achieve its credit, collections, and financial objectives. With more than two decades of leadership experience in financial services, Chuck brings deep expertise in operational strategy, process improvement, and customer engagement.
At SAFCO, Chuck oversees the strategic direction and technical advancement of the Account Services Department, guiding initiatives that strengthen performance, optimize technology, and enhance the customer experience. He partners closely with Originations and other business units to balance growth and risk, and his strong command of bankruptcy law and secured transactions informs effective collection strategies across the organization.
Chuck holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
