Insurance Requirements

Protect Your Investment with Insurance

To help protect your investment and your wallet, we require all customers to maintain proper insurance.

Your insurance must include:

  • Minimum 6-month policy
  • Comprehensive and collision coverage with a maximum $1,000 deductible on each
  • Loss Payee as SAFCO, P.O. Box 4520, Sioux City, IA 51104

How to Submit Proof of Insurance

If you’ve received a notice regarding your insurance policy cancellation, a letter stating we need proof of insurance, or a non-renewal letter, please complete and submit the form below as soon as possible.

You can also fax your policy to 866-319-1597, along with your name and account number, or email all your information to myinsurance@gosafco.com. Be sure to call 800-998-0763 to confirm we received everything.
