#2 – Save Paper & Save Time
To save you time and reduce paper waste, we provide electronic monthly statements to customers. If you prefer paper statements through the mail, log into your online account to update your delivery preference or contact us.

#3 – Power of Communication
We use email, text messages, auto-dialed calls, and other forms of electronic communications to keep customers aware of important account information in a timely manner. To enroll in electronic communications, go here.

#4 – Free and Convenient AutoPay
As a SAFCO customer, you have several payment options. AutoPay is the easiest way to make payments. It will automatically withdraw your payments from the bank or debit/credit card account of your choice. Log into My Account to set up AutoPay.

#5 – Protect Your Investment
All SAFCO customers are required to have insurance coverage on their vehicle, including a minimum 6-month policy, comprehensive and collision coverage with a maximum deductible of $1,000 on each, and SAFCO as the loss payee. For more details and to submit proof of insurance, go here.

We accept electronic checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, cash, money orders, and cashier’s checks. (A vendor fee may apply for payments made online, over the phone, and in person through third parties.)
