SAFCO is pleased to announce a new partnership with Nordis Technologies. SAFCO has selected their Expresso® customer communications management (CCM) platform to create and distribute more than 30,000 individualized digital and mailed account statements and other correspondence each month to SAFCO’s growing customer base.
Not only will Nordis streamline SAFCO’s compliance communications process, the Expresso platform can be leveraged to enhance the customer experience by catering to customer preferences, including digital communications.
