With that in mind, we are pleased to announce the arrival of a talented manager in our Orlando, FL Collections Center. Lorena Maldonado joins us as a Collections Manager for our early stage collections team. Prior to joining SAFCO, Lorena was a manager for Dial America where she managed teams in sales and customer service. She has extensive experience in managing contact center teams for companies such as Bank of New York and Capital One.
